The Green Exchange 2026 Programme: Growing Healthier Communities Together

Community transformation truly begins when we unite to care for our environment and support one another. The Green Exchange 2026 Programme is the Foundation Wellbeing Trust sustainability initiative, created to inspire healthier living, strengthen community engagement, and spark environmental action. Our commitment to green volunteering and social impact brings West Londoners together to share resources, build lasting relationships, and foster a deep connection to the places we call home.

Supported and empowered by outstanding partners, we focus on driving positive transformation through our events that uplift local communities. Our grassroots efforts directly enhance health, wellbeing, and sustainability at every level, making a lasting difference where it matters most.

Our Mission and Activities

We are dedicated to delivering engaging sustainability workshops that unite and empower our West London community. The Green Exchange 2026 Programme leads the way in environmental innovation, green volunteering, and grassroots community engagement. At its core, the Green Exchange is built around hands-on events and regular group sessions where neighbours come together to connect, gain eco-friendly living skills, and share sustainable practices. Every gathering is an opportunity to help shape a healthier, happier, and more resilient neighbourhood for all.

The Impact We Make

The positive change we create together reaches far beyond each sustainability workshop or community event. Our work strengthens families and revitalises neighbourhoods through accessible environmental education, volunteer-led projects, and support for greener, more sustainable lifestyles. By sharing vital skills, we foster improved mental health, physical wellbeing, and stronger social connections. Participants tell us they feel more connected to their community—reflecting FWT’s mission to build healthier, happier, and more resilient places for everyone. Every step we take is designed for measurable, long-term impact.
