HOUNSLOW, UK – September 9, 2025 – Foundation Wellbeing Trust (FWT) is proud to
announce the launch of Bloom & Bond, a new 12-month community project designed to support
women in Hounslow’s and Ealing’s priority estate areas. Beginning in November 2025, the
program will address social isolation, mental health challenges, and economic constraints
through a unique blend of nature-based mindfulness, creative workshops, and financial skills
training.
The Bloom & Bond project will directly support over 60+ women by fostering connection,
building confidence, and promoting resilience. The initiative is structured in three transformative
phases. It begins with guided nature activities in local parks to improve mental wellbeing,
followed by creative skill-building workshops where participants will learn to make pressed
artwork and eco-friendly products. The final phase focuses on financial sustainability, teaching
essential business skills to help turn newfound crafts into potential income streams.
This project aligns perfectly with the Foundation Wellbeing Trust’s core mission of building
healthier, more connected communities. By creating a supportive and accessible environment,
Bloom & Bond aims to remove barriers to participation for mothers, carers, and women from
diverse backgrounds. The program will be delivered in partnership with local services, including
Hounslow Connect, Ealing Connect, and local libraries, to ensure comprehensive and sustained
support for all participants.
“Together, we can help women in Hounslow and Ealing bloom and build the stronger, more
connected communities we all want to see,” says Ariane Morin, FWT Chair.
The project will create lasting positive change that extends beyond the program, empowering
women to become community leaders and build lifelong support networks.
Foundation Wellbeing Trust invites community members and local businesses to contribute to
this transformative initiative through donations, sponsorships, or by volunteering their time.
