FWT on the Rise: Fresh Projects, New Faces, and Community Wins!

Hello everyone! We wanted to share some of the wonderful progress we’ve been making at the Foundation Wellbeing Trust (FWT). Thanks to your amazing support, our community is growing stronger, and we’re turning big plans into real action. We’re so excited about what’s happening and couldn’t wait to fill you in on the latest news.

From launching new projects to welcoming new faces, there’s a lot of positive energy buzzing at FWT. Let’s dive into what we’ve been working on.

Kicking Off Our Bloom & Bond Project 2025!

Great news! We are thrilled to announce that we are on track to launch our first community sessions this November. This is a huge step for us, and it’s all happening because of the steady support from our community. While we continue to look for larger funding opportunities, the success of our recent fundraising efforts means we can start bringing our pilot project to life.

These sessions are designed to provide valuable wellbeing support right here in our community. We believe they will make a real difference, and we can’t wait to see the positive impact they have. Stay tuned for more details on dates and locations!

Stronger Together: New Community Partnerships

We believe in the power of collaboration, and we’ve been busy building connections with local organizations that share our vision. We are currently formalizing partnerships with several small businesses in our area. These relationships will help us extend our reach and offer even more valuable resources to you.

We are also in the early stages of planning our ‘FWT Café Connect 4 Good’ initiative. The idea is to team up with local retailers and cafes to create friendly, welcoming spaces where people can connect. Imagine grabbing a coffee and having a chat in a place that’s all about supporting community wellbeing. It’s an exciting concept, and we look forward to sharing more as it develops.

Welcome to Our FWT Volunteer Champions!

Our volunteers are the heart of FWT, and our team is growing! This month, we are officially launching our FWT Volunteer Champions team. We’re especially excited to have a group of enthusiastic team leaders from the Sixth Form at BSfG school joining us. Their energy and passion are truly inspiring.

This new team will play a key role in helping us run events, spread the word, and support our various programs. By bringing together people of all ages who are passionate about making a difference, we are building a powerful force for good in our community.

A Wonderful Addition to Our Board

We are delighted to announce that we have smoothly managed recent changes to our board of trustees and are overjoyed to welcome a brilliant new member: Jessika Toto.

Jessika is a well-known and respected figure in Hounslow, deeply involved in the church, local politics, and community life. Her influence and connections reach across the area, all the way to Chiswick Riverside. Having Jessika’s experience and deep community knowledge on our board is a tremendous asset. We are so excited to have her guidance as we continue to grow.

You Love Our Events!

We are always looking for fun and creative ways to bring people together. The response to our upcoming ‘Bloom & Bond’ flower-themed craft session on November 29th has been incredible!

Within just three days of opening bookings, one-third of all the spots were already filled. This amazing reaction tells us that there is a real desire for these kinds of positive, connection-focused activities in our community. It motivates us to keep creating events that help you relax, learn something new, and meet your neighbors.

What This All Means

Every step forward, from a new partnership to a sold-out event, shows that we are on the right path. We are building a strong, effective organization focused on one thing: improving the wellbeing of our community in Hounslow and Ealing. Your support helps us make every penny count, turning small actions into significant, positive change.

Thank you for being part of the FWT family.

Your belief in our mission fuels our progress. We are so grateful for your continued support and can’t wait to see what we can achieve together in the months ahead.
