This Year's Projects: Empowering Communities, Transforming Lives
At Foundation Wellbeing Trust, we are dedicated to creating meaningful change in the lives of women and families across Hounslow and Ealing. This year, we are proud to introduce Bloom & Bond, a transformative community project designed to foster creativity, connection, and resilience.
About the Bloom & Bond Project
Bloom & Bond is a 12-month initiative designed to empower women in Hounslow and Ealing through nature-based mindfulness, creative skill-building workshops, and financial sustainability training. The project is structured into three transformative phases:
- Mental Wellbeing & Social Bonding: Guided nature activities to reduce stress and build trust.
- Craft Activities & Skill Development: Hands-on workshops to master creative skills.
- Financial Sustainability & Enterprise: Training to turn newfound skills into income opportunities.
This project directly addresses challenges such as social isolation, mental health pressures, and economic constraints, creating lasting change for participants and their communities.

Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Location: Brentford Library in Partnership with Brentford School for Girls.
Join us for a day of creativity and connection at our Flower-Themed Craft Workshop, part of the Bloom & Bond initiative. This event is open to all women.
Children aged 6 years old and above are welcome accompanied with parent or carer.
