About us
Who we are
Our mission is to enhance the health and wellbeing of communities by developing and supporting projects that create meaningful, lasting change. We are a registered charity (No. 1176490) dedicated to building healthier, more connected, and resilient societies.
Our work is centered in the London boroughs of Hounslow and Ealing, where we focus on empowering local families. We understand that strong communities are built on the wellbeing of the individuals and families within them. Through a range of carefully designed programs, we provide practical skill-building, foster vital social connections, and create supportive spaces for personal growth.
We don’t just hope for change; we create it. Our initiatives have delivered a measurable positive impact, with participants reporting increased social connections and significant improvements in their self-reported mental wellbeing scores. We have proudly supported over 200 families on their journey to greater confidence and resilience.
Our Vision for the Future From helping a parent find their strength again to connecting neighbours through shared activities, our passion is fueled by the positive transformations we witness every day. We are committed to continuing our work, expanding our reach, and developing new projects that address the evolving needs of our communities. Together, we can build a future where every family feels supported, connected, and empowered to flourish

BSfG Flagship Anchor Partner of FWT Bloom & Bond Project
FWT Bloom & Bond and Brentford School for
Girls: Partnering to Empower Our Community
FWT Bloom & Bond is thrilled to announce a new partnership with Brentford School for Girls (BSFG), our flagship anchor partner for a 12-month community program dedicated to building more confident, skilled, and resilient women across Hounslow and Ealing. This collaboration unites our expertise in community wellbeing with BSFG’s deep-rooted commitment to family and student success. By joining forces, we are creating a powerful support system for local families.
Our Shared Purpose
At the heart of this partnership is a shared goal: to empower women and strengthen our community from the ground up. We aim to address key challenges like social isolation and economic constraints by providing accessible, engaging, and supportive programming. Brentford School for Girls will generously provide a home for our workshops, offering complimentary office and session space. This positions the school as a central hub for community support and enhances its connection with local families.
“We are thrilled to become the flagship anchor partner for FWT Bloom & Bond. This collaboration aligns perfectly with our commitment to student success and community engagement. By supporting local parents, we help create positive home environments that foster student wellbeing and achievement. We look forward to welcoming families to our school and making a lasting impact together.” – Marais Leenders, Executive Headteacher, Brentford School for Girls
“Together, we can help Hounslow & Ealing women bloom and build stronger, more connected communities. This partnership with Brentford School for Girls is a monumental step toward that goal. By joining forces, we can create a supportive environment where women gain valuable skills, improve their wellbeing, and forge lasting connections.” – Ariane Morin, FWT Project Lead
